This website is designed to help you connect with Tim, and find out more about the clinical services available, and other sports and exercise medicine resources he produces.

Tim holds an undergraduate honours degree in Sports Therapy from the UK, a Postgraduate Diploma in Learning and Teaching, a Masters Degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine, and is currently undertaking doctoral studies.

Tim is the Program Director for Physical Health at Torrens University, overseeing a range of Health Science degree programs.


He is also a PhD candidate investigating physical activity and persistent pain. His research aims to help people to live more physically active lives. Tim also works in private practice at Complete. Physio Exercise & Performance in Melbourne, where he works with combat sports athletes. 


Prior to his current roles, Tim worked primarily in Rugby Union and part-time clinical practice in the UK and Australia.

Tim is a passionate advocate for the benefits of physical activity, and enjoys regular training and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
